Please make sure to apply the AyaNova 6.6 patch released Dec 7 2010 to be able to use this ability of multiple email addresses. Refer to the Known Issues section of this forum for steps to apply
If you have multiple email addresses for a client that you would like to be notified for Client Notifications, do note that you can enter in multiple email addresses in the client’s entry screen Email field separated by a semi-colon.
For example, let’s say the client Molly’s Bakery - Burnaby wants both the email address email@example.com firstname.lastname@example.org to be notified via email with an attached copy of the completed work when the workorder is Closed.
In addition to the requirements for client notification to occur (see the AyaNova 5 Help file section on Client Notifications (URL removed as for older version no longer supported - see the latest version of AyaNova) for an overview), you would enter both email addresses in the client’s entry screen Email field as email@example.com; firstname.lastname@example.org
