Is it possible, using the AyaNova API, to write some plug-ins that can be run from WBI?
More precisely, i need to add some fields in the Client Service Request (i belive that this can not be done) OR to create another form that can be accesed by the customer, and that form to contain the new fields that i need. Field that can be found in the WorkOrder for example.
Hi Claudia, no it’s currently not possible. If you need new fields in the CSR I suggest you make a post on the wish list forum here to have them added. We’re looking at plugins for WBI or it’s successor in AyaNova v8.
