Workorder Item Summary - created using New Summary
Report Template from the Items grid in the Service navigation pane = displays workorder #, client, client reference #, and service date from the workorder header; and workorder item status, workorder item summary, workorder item type and workorder item request date.

Workorder Item Summary Detailed - created using New Detailed Report Template from the Items grid in the Service navigation pane = displays workorder #, client, and service date from the workorder header; and workorder item summary, workorder item status, workorder item type and unit to be serviced from the workorder item; and displays the scheduled user name and start and stop time scheduled.

As with all report templates, you can customize these further for your specific needs.
