If you encounter an issue of being unable to sign via the client signature in RI (i.e. no click happens, no signature, no marks at all, including viewing existing signatures), and your version if 7.6.0 or older, resolve by updating to the latest version of RI downloadable via https://www.ayanova.com/download.htm
