Is there a way to assign different warranty period to parts in it?

Warranty period is for the Unit as a whole, either obtained from its Unit Model warranty, or from the Unit’s override warranty.
If a Unit is itself actually made of separate units that each has its own warranty, a suggestion may be to enter each warrantied component individually as a Unit so that you can assign its own warranty period with AyaNova’s Unit Model warranty or that Unit’s override warranty.
