Note these issues are in regards to AyaNova version 3
- Error loading AyaNova on the same computer where the AyaNova program is installed, network Firebird is installed and AyaNova database is located:
- AyaNova.exe.config must be edited as per instructions and screenshots of example AyaNova.exe.config in the AyaNova v3 Manual technical section on configuring for network Firebird access
- aliases.conf must be edited to the actual location of the AyaNova database file as per topic http://forum.ayanova.com/Topic753-90-1.aspx. Please refer again to the instructions and screenshots of example aliases.conf in the AyaNova v3 Manual technical section.

- Error loading AyaNova on local networked computers, but able to load AyaNova on server where network Firebird and database resides
- Microsoft.NET Framework 2 must be installed on networked computer for AyaNova v3.2 or higher
- By default FireBird uses Port 3050, if you are using a firewall then you will need to enable this port so users can access the database as per topic http://forum.ayanova.com/Topic755-90-1.aspx
- Error occurs loading AyaNova via remote computer attempting to access via AyaNovaDP, but able to load AyaNova via internal networked computer
- IIS server needs to use ASP.NET 2 when using AyaNova v3.2 or higher utilities
- Router/firewall that remote computer’s AyaNova.exe.config points to, needs to forward to the computer and port number of the IIS and AyaNovaDP
- Error loading AyaNova on any computer when using SQL Server or SQL Express configuration

- incorrect command entered (for example, forgot to include the “-” in front of -user)
- command line has been pasted in instead of typed in at the DOS prompt
- AyaNova program appears not to run installed on a Windows 2003 computer
