Custom filter may not return correct results due to computer's date settings

Scenario:
Service company using AyaNova creates custom filter on Labor grid in Service navigation pane on the Start Date & Time column, with 2 date conditions.
When drop down the User column filter to select a specific technician name to further filter on this grid, no Users display at all.

Solution:
Was determined that this one computer had different date/time format in its Control Panel’s Date and Time settings from the server where the AyaNova database was located.
When this computer’s date/time format was set to the same as other computers, could then successfully select a user in the User column.
