How do I change the day start time and background color please.

Hello Mike
The back color for each schedulable user is set in that user’s User entry screen - you will also find this identified in the online Help section about the Schedule Calender Feature Details > Schedule screen > Schedule Calendar
Log in as the AyaNova Administrator
Move to the User’s grid in the Administration navigation pane
Open each scheduelable user’s entry screen and edit their
“Schedule Back Color” field
The calender will always default to showing starting fro 8AM onwards of the single day(s) selected. This can not be changed. You can easily use the scroll bar to the right to scroll earlier or later.
