When connecting to an AyaNova database via a Data Portal connection, if you attempt to open or view an existing workorder, quote, preventive maintenance, or client service request, the following error will occur:
Type ‘GZTW.AyaNova.BLL.TypeAndID’ in Assembly ‘GZTW.AyaNova.BLL, Version=4.0.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=df66a8d8e49833d3’ is not marked as serializable.
If you need to use the Data Portal connection before the next official released version that will address this, contact AyaNova Support at support@ayanova.com providing details of the issue you are receiving, and that you would like to get the “private build” that addresses this issue.
