How do I add a new user to allow access to our company database.

Follow along with the tutorial in the AyaNova Help documentation http://www.ayanova.com/AyaNova6webHelp/create_a_new_schedulable_user.htm which will walk you through the steps to create a new schedulable user in AyaNova.

And if just wanting to create a new non-schedulable user, just select Non-schedulable user in the User Type field as per the steps.
