If receive "Operation can not be completed. Workorder is not saved or has broken rules" in WBI when printing from workorder entry screen -

Error “Operation can not be completed. Workorder is not saved or has broken rules” will occur via WBIif the following:

  1. Logged in via WBI

  2. If you have opened a workorder and selected to print without having made any changes or edits to the workorder entry screen.

Just click on the menu Save option before selecting to print.

Above may occur if the workorder was created via the AyaNova program, or the workorder was created before the 3.6.0.0 update.

If the workorder is saved at least once via WBI (wither new workorder or an existing) than able to print upon first opening without having to first select Save.

If you encounter this message, select the Save menu option first before printing.
