During installation of the AyaNova 5 qbi, I got a dll error. Now the qbi is not installed on my system. Why would this happen?
Without the full text of the error message, I am sorry but won’t know what to say.
I would recommend that you perform the installation again (of course, make sure you have QuickBooks already installed, and QBFC7 installed successfully already as per (URL removed as for older version no longer supported - see the latest version of AyaNova) )
If during the installation, you receive an error again, be sure to provide the full text of the error message.
Once QBI is installed, then QBI is run from within the AyaNova 5 program from the Plugins menu. It is no longer run separately.
