Resolution - Trend Micro Agent, Windows 8 and/or 2012 causes slowness with AyaNova

A service company using AyaNova was experiencing issues with slowness loading AyaNova and using AyaNova on their Windows 8 computer(s).

We wanted to post here for any others that use Trend Micro Agent

There is an unpublished Hotfix 1388 for Trend Micro Agent that needs to be applied if using Windows 8 or Windows 2012

In this service company’s case, this Hotfix resolves their issue as is using Windows 8 connecting to a Server 2012 with SQL Express or SQL Full version.
