Is there a way to have Closed Work Orders retained in the Schedule?

Yes, you can view Closed workorders in the Schedule screen by clicking on the menu option to show Open and Closed - see http://www.ayanova.com/AyaNova6webHelp/show_open_and_closed_or_open_o.htm
