Can I block users from modifying CLOSED work orders only?
Block modification of closed worked orders to still modify other work orders.
I had an issue recently where my assistant when in and modified closed/invoiced work orders that had already been sent to Quickbooks with QBI.
Which means that the new charges did not get sent to Quickbooks. Is there a way to lock those closed records?

This is a feature of AyaNova v3.
A service workorder set to Closed is only available for historical access - it can not be edited by anyone.
[Edit Sept 2006: AyaNova v3.2.5 as well now includes a feature whereby you can set the security group users belong to with the ability or not to have access to the Closed field in a workorder - thereby restricting whether users can close or not close a workorder ]
