When using the default reports; none of the client info is displayed within the header, it is all blank. However, all WO info is in tact.

Without a copy of the actual report template where this is occurring for you, I would have to guess this is because of the issue identified in a number of topics posted in this section of the AyaNova Support Forum relating to the topic Upgrading-to-v3.3.3.0-does-affect-your-report-templates-please-read-if-upgrading-to-v3.3.3.0 in that you are using a report template that is not compatible with the latest versions of AyaNova
Review that topic above, and download from the Additional Sample Report Templates section of this forum new sample report templates that are compatible with the latest version of AyaNova such as the Sample Detailed Workorder with Grand Total and the Sample Dispatching Report and confirm these now work for you. Customize as you need.
If you continue to experience an issue with the report templates you are referring to in your topic post above, be sure to always attach a zipped copy of the exported report template to your topic (export from the Administration navigation pane’s Report Templates grid, and zip using WinZip to be able to attach to your topic or reply), as well as confirm what version of AyaNova you are using (from menu Help -> About AyaNova)
