Hi

A workorder can have as many workorder items as needed. A single workorder item has a single Service Notes field. So if you create multiple workorder items in a workorder, each workorder item has its own Service Notes.

And that workorder you show in the attached image has two workorder item records. - in one workorder item, a user has entered the Service Notes that start with “Camera on back door was hit by…”, and a second workorder item record was created by that user or another user that has Service Notes that start with “SERVICE AT: EXEL AL PASO…”

There is not a way to block or force a workorder to have only one workorder item if you are allowing that user to edit, as many companies using AyaNova will sometimes have one workorder item in a workorder, and than another workorder might have multiple workorder items because that workorder is for multiple Units being serviced in one workorder for the client.
