We are currently using Ayanova 3.6.0.0 and want to enter Service Contracts in Ayanova with reminders regarding their expiration. Can this be done? If yes, please advise how.

Wow, still using such an old version!? I would stongly recommend moving up to the latest verison of AyaNova 7 - so many new improvements and easier to use.
The AyaNova 3.6 Help Manual is available near the bottom of AyaNova online help documentation under the heading Older AyaNova 3.6 Documentation. Do download and unzip using WinZip.
The section Notification Subscriptions starting page 434 is what you first want to review, as well as that about the Generator starting page 578, and Global Settings in pg 445.
Basically you will first need to make sure your Generator is running, your Global Settings Notifications Settings is set, and then subscribe to the notifications you want to use.
Do review. If any questions, be sure to provide details of the following:
[ul]Copy of your ayalog.txt file from your AyaNova program folder[/ul]
[ul]Copy of your AyaNova.exe.config file from your AyaNova program folder[/ul]
[ul]What you have done to confirm that your Generator is running[/ul]
[ul]What you have set in your Global Settings[/ul]
[ul]If any issues with notification, specific details about who you are logged in as, what subscribed to, notification delivery method selected, etc etc - so that I have full details here and can help if any issues.
