Existing workorder number not showing in CSR pick list

I have an unusual situation where a client has submitted a client service request that we’d like to apply to an existing workorder (922). Workorder 922 does not exist in the drop-down pick list even though 922 is a valid workorder when viewed in service/service workorders. I don’t see anything unusual with workorder 922 when I open it from the service workorders grid.

Is workorder 922 for the exact same client?

Is workorder 922 checkmarked Service Completed?

Only an existingworkorder that is for the same client, and has not been checkmarked Service Completed can have a CSR accepted to it.

Do double-check the two requirements above.

No, it’s for a different client, but the same project.I didn’t realize it had to be the same client.

No, as per the details on the Workorder Item menu options http://www.ayanova.com/AyaNova6webHelp/workorder_item_menu_options.htm the Copy and the Move menu options can only be to the exact same client and to a workorder that has not been checkmarked Service Completed.

There is also the Client Merger utility if you want to move all workorders from one client to another - see http://forum.ayanova.com/Topic5094-116-1.aspx
