How come I cannot add external services to a quote… we CONSTANTLY use outside engineers and contractors in our services… is there anyway to add the external services to the quote without adding specific labour rates for them???

The Quote entry screen does not have access to Outside Services subsection
A suggestion is if you wish to quote outside service charges, is to do so with a Part.
For example create a part called Outside Service Repair Charge, and another part called Outside Service Shipping Charge and edit the retail charge as needed.
