Generate Time Span Calculation

Our next Schedule Date for a Preventative Maintenance is September 8 2006 and is repeated every FOUR (4) months. According to how our manual system is extablished my next service after that is January 2007.

Please therefore advise how Ayanova calculates the GENERATE TIME SPAN!?? Would entering 4 months land me in January?

Yes - the Generate Time Span field is where you enter how often the service is to be repeated.

If you want the service to be repeated every four months, than yes, enter in the number4 and select months for the Generator Time Span.
