If receive error "Failed to load: ..." running any of the optional plug-ins

If you receive any of the following errors when you attempt to run one of the optional plug-ins (of course date and time of the error would be different):

Error running the Export To XLS plugin

Error running the Outlook Schedule Export plugin

Error running the AyaScript plugin

Error running the Quick Notification plugin

Solution:

This is because you do not have the same version of AyaNova installed as the version of plug-in installed.

You must always have the same version of AyaNova as your plugin.

You can confirm this by:

  • What version of AyaNova do you have? View Help -> About AyaNova or right-click on the AyaNova.exe file in your AyaNova program folder and select Properties and view the Version tab.
  • What version of the plug-in do you have? Open Windows Explorer and move to the path of the error message, right-click on the file, select Properties and view the Version tab.

To stop this error message from happening, uninstall the plugin that is identified in your error message (go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs)

If you require the plugin, then make sure to install the same version of the plugin as your AyaNova version
