Missing Service order

For some reason there seems to be a missing service order.
With no filters in view the number is just gone (as is the work order it was for.)

Any Ideas where I can find the missing order?

Enter in the Service Workorder # into the Direct Open option http://www.ayanova.com/AyaNova7webHelp/main_ayanova_menu_bar.htm at the very top of your AyaNova program, and then click on the Service Workorder image (furtherest to the left - Quote image is in the middle, and PM is on the right)

If the service workorder is not deleted, it will open.

So if it doesn’t open I can assume it has been deleted?

Is there any way to recover that specific number?

Can I deny anyone & everyone from deleting orders?

This could really screw up an audit trail.

Once a record is deleted in AyaNova, it is fully removed.

You would need to restore from your last backup that had that service workorder - and then re-enter in any data edited/entered etc since that backup.

Yes, you can deny users the ability to delete service workorders by setting so in their Security Group http://www.ayanova.com/AyaNova7webHelp/what_do_i_use_security_groups_.htm

If running AyaNova 7 or higher, set Object.WorkorderService to Read/Write (not Read/Write/Delete) in the users security group.
If running AyaNova 6 or lower, set Object.Workorder and Object.WorkorderService to Read/Write (not Read/Write/Delete)
