I downloaded your trial software several months ago but did not have time to really take a look at it. Now I have uninstalled it and re-installed it and every time I load the software it tells me that I need to purchase a license. Please help as I am on a short time-line to make a purchase! Thanks in advance…
When AyaNova is uninstalled, that is uninstalling the program itself. The database is not uninstalled as a precaution. If you would like to start with a new sample database and 30 day temporary key, do the following:
Click Start - > Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and uninstall AyaNova
Open your Windows Explorer (you can also do Start -> Run… -> type in the word explorer -> OK to open your Windows Explorer)
Now you want to delete the AyaNova databases - where they are depends on the version of Windows you have as outlined at the bottom of http://www.ayanova.com/AyaNova6webHelp/stand_alone_default_ayanova_in.htm
- If your Windows is Vista or Windows 7, move to the C:\ProgramData\AyaNovaData folder and delete the AYANOVALITE.FDB and the AYANOVA.FDB database files
- If your Windows is 2000 or XP or 2003, move to the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AyaNovaData folder and delete the AYANOVALITE.FDB and the AYANOVA.FDB database files
Now install AyaNova again - which will now install new database files
Now you can apply a new 30 day temporary key to the full AyaNova.
Hi Joyce, Thanks for the quick reply! Certainly provides a great level of comfort when I think that I could be using this program running into configuration issues, etc.
