If you receive the error ‘Object not set to instance of object’ when attempting to import an AyaNova client or vendor into QuickBooks using QBI, this may be a result of that the AyaNova client or vendor does not have a primary phone number entered even though it has a primary contact person.
Edit the AyaNova client (or vendor) so that the primary contact has a primary phone number, and then import via QBI.
