pre-sales requests for service

Is there any way to create a sales request/survey call in Ayanova before they are a created client? I really do not want to create a “client” when the sales call may be cancelled or no service is completed.

Keeping the “clients” section to only be valid clients is my goal.

I’m trying to get rid of paper surveys/sales questions.

Hi Barry

For a quote to be created, a Client must be selected for that quote.

The Client record can have as little information or as muc as you want - i.e. it could just have the client’s Name if that is all you want to enter.

If the sales call is cancelled or no service is provided, a suggestion if you do not want to retain history of having quoted is to delete the quote, and then delete the client record. Or instead you could just set the client to inactive so does not list for selection for actual service workorders.
