Preventative maintenance template does not populate labor entries AYA4.1.5

When creating a new PM entry from a PM template, Labor entries from the template do not get created in the newly created PM for the client. The Labor entries would speed up the entry time for the technician for repetative tasks. Is this in design or an open issue?

Hi

If the Labor record from your PM Template did not come across when you created a new PM from the template, that would be because the labor service rate selected is not accepted for that client.

For example, if in the PM Template you selected a specific Contract rate, but the client does not have that specific Contract that allows that rate.

Do check your PM Template for what the specific service rate in the Labor record is, and than confirm that the client does have the ability to have that labor service rate selected.

Let me know.

Thanks, Resolved- I initially created the template with multiple, identical Workorder Items based on the client rate, so that only the applicable items/rates would populate the PM workorder for a particular client (and avoid having multiple templates based on contract rate). The contract rate for the new client was not established yet so it did not pull over any of the Labor items. Once it was established, it pulled over the appropriate items.

Good to hear it is resolved
