PTI finds nothing billable with Loan item only

PTI does not find anything as billable if a WO only has a loan item and amount.

Duplicate by creating a WO, add loan item, set rate, return, etc. Mark Service Completed and Waiting to be Invoiced. PTI is unable to find anything to invoice and is unable to fix the problem.

Hi Chris

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I will have development look into why PTI shows NothingToInvoice for a workorder that only has a loan item to bill out for a maintainance update. At this time, if you only have a loan item on a service workorder, and no service or parts, bill out the workorder manually via PTI; or include a billable item in the service workorder so that PTI will invoice it out.

This issue is now addressed in PTI 4.1

Update to the latest PTI 4 version to resolve this. Refer to Known Issues & Updates section of this forum if needed
