QBI Australian Support

I have tried to set up QBI, but I keep getting an error that is not on any of the forums, I am thinking it is because it is an Australian version, which isn’t included on the requirements page.

Can you confirm if it is or isn’t supported, and if not, will you provide an update in the future that will allow me to connect into QuickBooks

just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

Hi Mark

QBI is not compatible with Australian QuickBooks.

Just in the last couple years, Intuit (the makers of QuickBooks) provided the ability for compatibility with UK QuickBooks, so we are hoping that it won’t be too much longer before they provide us with access to Australian compatibility. At this time, we do not have access to the Australian versions of QuickBooks nor access the Australian SDK from Intuit to be able to create a compatible Australian version.

If you are in touch with a Australian QuickBooks developer, I encourage you to have them review the SDK information on this forum. If they provide a custom third party interface for AyaNova and Australian QuickBooks, there would be quite a number of Australian companies that would be interested in purchasing it.

[Forum NOTE: QBI is NOW compatible with Australian QuickBooks.
