QBOI Update: duplicate key error

ISSUE: In rare conditions users may see a “duplicate key” error when using QBOI either immediately after login or during usage.
(User must be running both the QBI and QBOI plugins with the same AyaNova database and it must be a Microsoft SQL server database, all other cases unaffected)

This has been resolved in several files (AyaNova.PlugIn.QBOI.dll, ToMSSQL.exe, GZTW.AyaNova.BLL.dll) that will all be updated by running the latest setup file posted today December 11 2017 for active support and update subscription holders.
