If running Outlook 2013, do update to the latest AyaNova OLI 7.2 Hotfix 1 made available March 14 2013
This hotfix resolves the issue that was occuring with activating the Add-on’s menu in Outlook 2013
Issue was occuring with OLI and Outlook 2013
Error message received was:
ExplorerWrapper -> AddMenu exception:
System.Runtime.InteropServices.ComException (0x800200B): Invalid index.
(Exception from HRESULT: 0x800200B (DISP_E_BADINDEX))
at Microsoft.Office.Core.CommandBarControls.Add(Object Type, Object ID,
Object Parameter, Object Before, Object Temporary)
at A.NB.A(MAPIFolder A)
Solution:
Update to the latest 7.2 Hotfix 1 version of OLI

[li]Confirm that your AyaNova itself is presently the latest version of AyaNova by viewing Help -> About. The latest version of AyaNova at the time of this posting is 7.2.0.0 HotFix 7

[/li][li]Download and install the 7.2 Hotfix 1 OLI setup file from http://www.ayanova.com/Download.htm
