Workorders repeatedly are generated every 5 minutes for the same PM.
And when checked for, the PM’s Next Service Date has not been updated to the correct next service date it should be based on the Generate Time Span.
i.e.
You notice in your Service Workorders grid that numerous new workorders have been generated from the same PM Parent, and a new one each five minutes.
[u]Cause:[/u]
Workorder item child collections timeout under certain rare circumstances while checking for safe to update.
Results in the PM not being able to save, and therefore its Next Service Date not being able to be changed as per the Generate Time Span.
And then results in the Generator again generating another workorder for this PM based on its Next Service Date.
