As we have not fully setup the Inventory tracking in Ayanova yet we do not have all serial numbers entered. So question 1, is there any way to invoice serialized Peachtree items without doing an inventory adjustment for each one?
After doing an inventory adjustment and entering a serial number, when attempting to invoice a serialized Peachtree item PTI continues to error out saying serial number is missing. So question 2, why can’t I invoice a serialized Peachtree item even when the serial number is available and selected in the WO?
I am able to reproduce getting the following error if I attempt to invoice using PTIan AyaNova serialized part in a workorder ready for invoicing linked to a Peachtree serialized part that has that exact same serialized number available. dir=ltr " ">

What appears to be occurring is that PTI is not able to select the serial number in PeachTree that matches that of the serialized part in AyaNova.
PTI at this time does not have the abilityto invoice out serialized PeachTree parts. If the Peachtree part is serialized, this will require manual entry of the invoice in PeachTree.
I have advised development of this to have it addressed in the next PTI update. I will post back to this topic when it is made available
