There is a known issue with Part Requests via a PO not showing even if Alternative wholesaler is selected in the PO AND the Select Part From Any Vendor IS also checkmarked.
Issue:
A part request has been created for a part that has both a Wholesaler and an Alternative Wholesaler
A PO is created. The Alternative Wholesaler is selected, and the Select Part From Any Vendor IS also checkmarked.
The Part Request menu option in the PO should show the part request record, but it does not.
The Part Request menu option in the PO will only show the part request record IF the vendor that is selected is the Wholesaler in the part’s entry screen.
At this time, do change and save the part record itself, setting the main Wholesaler to that which you wish to order from. And then create the PO selecting the Wholesaler and the part request record will now be available for selection.
Update January 21 2013 Latest AyaNova 7.2.0.0 Hotfix 3 resolves this issue
