Can you change this in the default global settings anywhere? I would prefer to have a one day threshold versus the 7 day that is there without having to change it in every single PM.

When you create a PM, at that time you enter what Threshold Time Span you want. It does default to 7 days, but you can edit the PM itself - either when first creating the PM or later if you want it to be at a different threshold.

So to clarify - you can not change the default of 7 days.
Correct.
But do note too that you can create a Preventive Maintenance template that has the Threshold Time Span set however you want such as 1 day.
And when you go to create a new PM, select the Client, and then select this PM Template and it will have the Threshold Time Span as you set it in the PM template.

Too bad we can’t change the default of 7 days…
Just to stress again - you CAN - by creating a PM Template with that field pre-set to what ever you want the default to be!
