If using WBI 4.0.0.0, and a report template uses a richText field, do the following to prevent an error when attempting to print preview the report via WBI 4:
-Go to your AyaNova 4 program folder on your IIS server (C:\Program Files\Ground Zero Tech-Works Inc\AyaNova)
-Copy the file called DevExpress.XtraRichTextEdit.v7.3.dll
-Move to bin folder of AyaNovaWBI installation on the C:\ (this usually is C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\AyaNovaWBI\bin )
-Paste the file into the bin folder
-Stop and restart IIS
-COnfirm can now print out report template that is using Rich Text via WBI 4
This issue has been address in 4.0.1
