Issue:
You have set any of the Object.WorkorderItemXXXX (i.e. such as Object.WorkorderItemOutsideService, etc) to Forbidden to restrict users of that security group from seeing that subsection of the workorder entry screen.
When that user logs in via WBI and opens a workorder, they are unable to edit a workorder item even though has at minimum Read/Write to Object.WorkorderItem
Solution:
If running AyaNova and WBI 7.0.3.0 down to 7.0.0.0, perform the maintenance update to AyaNova 7.0.4.0
If running AyaNova and WBI 7.0.4.0, perform either of the following:
To replace specific file if already running 7.0.4.0:

[li]Make sure running WBI 7.0.4.0 by selecting Help -> About in WBI
[/li][li]Download the zip file GZTW.AyaNovaWBI.dll_May11_2011.zip
[/li][li]Stop your WBI site via IIS Manager
[/li][li]Delete the existing GZTW.AyaNova.WBI.dll in the WBI/bin program folder
[/li][li]Extract the new GZTW.AyaNova.WBI.dll dated May 11 2011 to the WBI/bin folder
[/li][li]Start your WBI site again
[/li][li]Bring up your WBI login screen, log in as the user with the security group rights forbidden and confirm
[/li][/ul]
To download and run latest WBI setup file if already running 7.0.4.0:

[li]Make sure running WBI 7.0.4.0 by selecting Help -> About in WBI
[/li][li]Download the latest 7.0.4.0 AyaNovaWBISetup.exe file available from http://www.ayanova.com/Download.htm
[/li][li]Shut down your WBI site via IIS Manager
[/li][li]Run the AyaNovaWBISetup.exe
[/li][li]When asked to overwrite config.txt, select No
[/li][li]Start your WBI site again
[/li][li]Bring up your WBI login screen, log in as the user with the security group rights forbidden and confirm
[/li][li]If an issue running WBI, uninstall and set up again as per the WBI setup steps (not normally needed in any of testing)
[/li][/ul]
