**WIKI - new document management feature in AyaNova 5**

There is one feature missing in Ayanova that I would really like to see. A separate area to add notes - Not customer/client notes but an area for general notes to store information. Example - There are two things that we always need quick access to - License codes for AV software and IP addressesfor our clients RDP connections. If these were easily accessible through a central notes area that is NOT tied to any client or technician, what a good feature.

You can create a Wiki page for almost any object in AyaNova where you can enter any notes, as well you can attach documents that as they are stored in the AyaNova database, are accessible for anyone whether accessing via the local area network, via the Data Portal or via WBI.
