Currently the “Last Closed Service Date” field uses the Work Order creation date and does not track the actual Closed date - is there any way to fix this?

You are referring to the column “Last closed service date” in the Clients grid.
There is a misunderstanding of what “Last closed service date” is referring to.
This column displays the Service Date of the workorder that is identified in the column “Last closed service workorder”.
